1. Incorrect or Non-Compliant Items: If the product delivered does not align with the requested specifications or order criteria you submitted, you are entitled to a full refund.
2. Order Accuracy & Final Sale: If the item delivered matches the exact specifications indicated during checkout, the order is considered final and non-refundable.
3. Cancellation Processing Charge: If a customer requests a refund after an order has been submitted, a $21 order processing fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
4. 15-Day Unopened Returns: Unopened and factory-sealed packages may be returned within 15 calendar days of delivery for a refund. The customer assumes full responsibility for all return shipping costs.
